Product and account help
Contact support@runwitharc.com for help with issues such as:
- signing in or accessing your Arc account;
- something in Arc not working as expected;
- problems logging or importing an activity;
- questions about a plan, review, or other product workflow;
- reporting incorrect product behavior;
- reporting an issue with a coaching response;
- general Beta product questions.
When you contact support, include enough information for us to understand the problem.
Useful details may include:
- what you were trying to do;
- what happened instead;
- the Arc page or feature involved;
- the approximate time the issue occurred;
- any error message you saw.
Please do not send passwords, authentication codes, API keys, or other account secrets by email.
Privacy, data, and deletion requests
For questions or requests involving personal information, contact:
This includes questions about:
- how Arc handles your information;
- retained personalization;
- correcting or removing supported retained personalization;
- the personalization export;
- privacy rights or data questions;
- account or data deletion.
Arc's self-service account-deletion workflow is not enabled for the initial Beta.
Until that workflow is activated, deletion and related privacy requests should be directed to privacy@runwitharc.com.
We may need to verify that a request relates to the correct Arc account before completing certain privacy or account actions.
For more information about Arc's data practices, see the Privacy Notice and Trust & Transparency page.
If Arc gets something wrong
Arc can make mistakes.
If you believe Arc:
- misunderstood your training;
- interpreted an activity incorrectly;
- produced an inaccurate review;
- proposed an inappropriate training change;
- retained incorrect personalization;
- gave a confusing or potentially unsafe coaching response;
you can use the controls available in the relevant Arc experience where appropriate.
You can also report the issue to:
When useful, include the relevant activity, plan, review, or feature and briefly explain what you believe was wrong.
Reports like these can help us investigate product behavior and identify defects.
Submitting a report does not mean every historical Arc output will be rewritten. Corrections should instead be handled according to the controls and data ownership of the relevant feature.
Fitness and medical questions
Arc Support can help explain how the Arc product works.
It is not a medical-support service.
Arc Support cannot:
- diagnose an injury or medical condition;
- prescribe treatment;
- provide medical clearance to train;
- determine whether a medical condition makes training safe;
- replace a qualified healthcare professional.
Do not use Arc Support as an emergency or urgent medical channel.
If a health concern requires medical evaluation, seek appropriate care from a qualified healthcare professional.
Security concerns
If you believe you have discovered a security issue involving Arc, contact:
Include a concise description of the issue and enough information for us to investigate it.
Please do not:
- publicly disclose private Arc user information;
- attempt to access another user's information;
- intentionally disrupt the service;
- send passwords, tokens, or other secrets by email.
A dedicated security contact may be published later if Arc establishes a separate monitored security-intake process.
Billing
Arc Beta does not currently include a public subscription or billing program.
Billing support information will be added if and when paid subscriptions become available.
Response expectations
Arc Beta support is monitored by Run With Arc LLC.
We do not currently publish a guaranteed response-time service level.
Some requests may require additional investigation, identity verification, or coordination with a service provider before they can be resolved.
Privacy and deletion requests may follow a different process from ordinary product support.
What not to send
Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information when contacting us.
In particular, do not email:
- passwords;
- authentication codes;
- session tokens;
- API keys;
- full payment-card information;
- information about another Arc user.
If additional information is needed to resolve a request, we will tell you what is necessary.
